Sustainability in fashion design can be explored through a myriad of approaches, from materials selection to making processes to considerations of garment-in-use to possibilities regarding end-of-life. The is the first comprehensive survey of zero-waste designers in the world. The exhibition will open in New Zealand at The Dowse Art Museum in March 2011 and in Brooklyn, New York at The Textile Arts Centre in September 2011.
